Responsibilities
A is responsible for providing a digital signature to authorize transactions on a multisignature (or "multisig") wallet.
As a NSFW+
signer you are responsible for:
- Keeping your private key secure: As a signer, you are responsible for keeping your private key safe and secure, as it is used to provide your signature.
- Reviewing and approving transactions: Before a transaction can be executed, signers must review and approve the details of the transaction, including the amount and the address to which the funds are being sent.
- Responding to requests for signatures in a timely manner: Signers should be prepared to respond to requests for their signatures in a timely manner, as transactions on a multisig wallet can only be executed once all required signatures have been obtained.
Rights
As a NSFW+
you are afforded the following rights:
- Right to access and review transaction details: Signers should have the right to access and review the details of any transaction before providing their signature, to ensure that the transaction is legitimate and that the funds are being sent to the correct address.
- Right to approve or reject transactions: Signers should have the right to approve or reject any transaction, depending on their review and assessment of the transaction details.
- Right to revoke or change their signature: Signers should have the right to revoke or change their signature if they believe the transaction is illegitimate or if they have any security concerns.
- Right to know the transaction history of the multisig wallet.
Process
- As a signer it is expected that all spend

be communicated in the Discord channel (”🏦 │ treasury”)
- The transaction must be posted, with reference to:
- context of spend
- stablecoin value
- Outgoings
MUST
be denominated in USD stablecoin, unless otherwise specified.
- Early payments outside of agreed scheduled
MUST
be communicated by all signers.
- Any spend
MUST
have a prior DAO
vote that can be referenced for that expenditure
