  2. Create the relevant placeholder in Meeting minutes.
    1. Provide a rough agenda so questions are focused
    2. Flag as Upcoming
  3. Create an Event in discord so people can be notified
  4. Create a Discord 🧵 in the #townhall channel to collect questions
  5. Make an 📣 across various channels that we are now collecting questions
    1. Direct ad-hoc questions to threads, place responsibility back on user

The-meeting

  1. Collate questions from Discord 🧵 and add to Meeting minutes
  2. Collect Action points that are committed to during the meeting.

Post-meeting

  1. (Optional) Run the recording though Descript clean up audio.
  2. Ensure minutes are clear for others to read
    1. (Optional) Get another team member who was present to sanity check
  3. Archive Discord 🧵
  4. (Optional) Action any points
    1. If unable to complete set minutes status to Action required
  5. Make an 📣 across various channels
